Communication: The Ongoing Battle of the Sexes

Today, major companies are trying to harness the art of relationship building for their businesses; techniques women have found second nature for years. At the same time, women are still trying to climb corporate ladders that have traditionally been built on the mentality of "team sports" played and understood by men.
