Who Is Cindy Chernow?

President of Chernow Consulting, Cindy Chernow is a Professional Speaker, Trainer, Career Consultant and Career Coach. Cindy created and established the UCLA Alumni Association's Career Services Program, serving as the division's director for seven years and developing an extensive program of career-related workshops, conferences, retreats, job listings and other services.

Prior to working at UCLA Alumni Association, she was a career counselor at the UCLA Career Center and maintained a private career consulting practice. In addition, she has many years of experience in the field of human resources as the HR Manager for Siemens Corporation and a Branch Manager for United Personnel. She has been a frequent instructor for UCLA Extension and UCLA Staff Training and Development, teaching such classes as "Presentation Skills" and "Firing Up Your Creativity." Cindy holds a Masters in Counseling with a specialization in Career Development.
